With Better English

You know what, I enrolled myself to English Language course. Oh God, I love to study! This is the 1st course which I've taken since in motherhood.

I missed the chance while in schooling years. Otherwise, I should score an A in English horr... and be the best in English in the class. hmm...... what a missed...

I really wish that I could brush up my English to be as good as those native speaker. And I want to teach this language to our children be it preschooler or primary level. With that, I would able to build them individually as a whole and to express my thought freely and convincingly. This is the power of language.

For myself, I think I could write better than speak. I think we dare not speak out. Our education system not doing good enough in training our student to be good in languages. I think that's the foundation of all. They just matter about scoring As.

As a mother at this century, they way we educate our children shouldn't be the same way as we were taught - the spoon-feed system. So, let's be open minded and let our children shine with their talent.

Computer Savvy Kids as young as preschooler

Exposed to online education and did an intensive research into this subject. The teaching and learning nowadays are totally different from the way we were during school years. Now, it is all about e-teaching & e-learning.

With the multimedia approach of teaching, can you imagine how fast kids learn today? All the theory and explanation are well display of and deliver to our children for understanding. Teaching are never like before anymore. Teachers need to be able to handle those technological gadget and make use of these tools to conduct the lesson more effectively.

It is no wonder why my son dislikes his school (preschool) after expose to online e-education world whenever he is home. Even the school teacher describes him as 'computer crazy'. Whenever there's a new programme, he would sit in front of the PC for hours! He master the programme instantly before I could have time to do that.

They really learn fast! Another challenge for mother - pick up e-teaching & find appropriate praogramme for our chilren!

Between Motherhood and Career

I'm just indulge myself back into career after 5 year off to look after my kids. As they are now in preschool year, it is too early to enrol them into nursery say at the age of 3? As my eldest son who is now 4 yo has some setback by not wanting to go to school. Is the activities in school really not interest him or that's just an excuse from studying books. Because I think the school usually ask them to open up & learn from the books.

I hardly could manage between home and work, children & job. My 2nd is a 3 yo boy. Maybe I've been with them full time at home all these while, they could hardly separated from me. And I cook for them, play with them. Just accommodate with what they need in their growing up years. For me, parenting is the most important of all which started from home. There's no one can substitute our role as parents.
