thinking of eating char koay teow. penang famous hawker food. waiting for kids to wake up, we then head to morning market bought the ingredients. as my children too love this treat, i stir fried it without chilli paste and decided to 'keh liao' (with added ingredient) with big shrimp and jiu chai (chives). da...da... ready to eat.
